All clearance and discounted sale items are final sale. They are not eligible for change of mind returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is faulty or not as described. Our standard returns and refunds terms apply only to full-priced items.
Change of mind returns
Let’s Travel Baby understands that sometimes circumstances change and having the option to return a purchase is important. We have a 7 Day "Change of mind" return policy, which means you have 7 days after the item has been delivered to request a refund or exchange.
Please note: This section applies only to full-priced items. Clearance and discounted sale items are excluded from change of mind returns.
Eligibility Criteria
- You will need to provide your order number and name as proof of purchase.
- Whether you are requesting a straight refund or exchange for an alternative product, your original purchase must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unmarked, tags still attached, with all its original packaging. Your purchase will be inspected by us, in person, to ensure we are able to re-sell it.
- As our products are intended for children, please ensure all items included in the travel pack haven't been tampered with or used by children. We reserve the right to decline a change of mind return if we believe your purchase has been tampered with.
- If requesting a change of mind return for our Toddler Travel Packs, please do not remove the Sippy Cup Combo’s from its packaging. Due to health, safety and hygiene reasons, this item must remain sealed with its original sticker as proof that it hasn’t been contaminated.
How to process a change of mind exchange
When requesting a change of mind exchange for another item within our collection, you are required to make a separate purchase via our website to receive the alternative product.
Keep in mind, once the original item has been returned to us and deemed acceptable, you will then be issued with a refund for the items. For this reason, it is at your discretion as to whether you purchase the alternative travel pack prior to the original purchase being inspected. Let's Travel Baby reserves the right to decline the refund if the original item is deemed unacceptable under our change of mind criteria. Please note: Refunds are provided for products only. Any shipping costs that the customer incurred when making the original purchase will not be refunded.
Additional Information
Our travel packs can only be exchanged for alternative travel packs within our collection as we don’t sell items within the packs separately. If at the time you request an exchange, and we don’t have your chosen travel pack in stock, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method.
Any shipping costs involved with returning our products under change of mind returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
All change of mind returns will incur an administration fee of $20 AUD. This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Faulty Returns
Let's Travel Baby have a 14-day faulty return policy, which means you have 14 days after your purchase has been delivered to request an exchange.
All travel backpacks are quality checked and all items within our travel backpacks have been functionality tested to ensure they operate as intended prior to leaving our warehouse. To maximise the chances of an approved return, please ensure you check your purchase as soon as you receive it. If you believe there is a fault with your purchase, please refer to the “How to lodge a return” section within this policy.
Faulty item exchanges
In situations where an individual item is deemed faulty, after inspection, we will exchange the individual item with an exact replacement. In circumstances where we can’t provide you an exact replacement, you will be provided with a partial refund, equivalent to the cost of the individual item, pre-determined by us.
We only exchange individual items that are deemed faulty within the travel pack, as opposed to providing you with a completely new travel pack.
Exchange requests will only be accepted if an item is faulty due to manufacturing error. Exchange requests will not be accepted in circumstances where the product has been damaged or broken as a result of the customer using the product incorrectly. As our products are intended for children, we can’t predict how they will treat the products, therefore reserve the right to decline a return if we believe the fault is caused by misuse.
Shipping
We take no responsibility for items that are damaged in transit.
We take no responsibility for returns that are lost in transit. Returns will only be accepted once inspected in person by us.
Sale items or gift cards
Unfortunately, Let’s Travel Baby cannot accept returns or provide refunds on sale items, clearance. items or gift cards.
How to lodge a return
To start a return, please email info@letstravelbaby.com.au advising us that you would like to return your item(s) ensuring you include the below information:
- Order name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Picture of product (For faulty items only)
Returned items can be sent to the below address (Please leave a note within the package stating your order number and name so we can match the items to your order):

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will advise via email whether the return meets our terms. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping costs incurred for faulty item returns will be covered by Let’s Travel Baby, if deemed faulty on our part.
